- Choose the Old Version for OSX unless there is a newer stable version. http://download.tuxfamily.org/makehuman/releases/1.1.1/makehuman-1.1.1-osx.dmg
- Once the app downloads it will open this window in Finder that looks like the one below
- Open a new Finder window by pressing Command+N. Click on the Applications folder in the Finder sidebar on the left.
- Drag the MakeHuman icon to the Applications folder. It will take a few minutes to copy to your Applications folder.
- In the applications folder, right-click the MakeHuman icon and choose Open.
- A window will open saying you can’t open an application from an unidentified developer. Chooose Cancel.
- Open System Preferences and choose Security & Privacy.
